San Nicasio Black Pepper combines the ultra-thin crunch of the Agria potato with the lively aroma of freshly ground black pepper. On the nose, spicy, citrusy notes; on the palate, a delicate crunch, a balanced potato base and an elegant peppery note that warms gently without ever burning, rounded off by pink Himalayan salt.
Like all San Nicasio varieties, they are made the traditional way: non-GMO Spanish "Agria" potatoes are peeled, cut, washed and slowly fried at low temperature (120–140 °C) in extra virgin olive oil P.D.O. Priego de Córdoba — the "liquid gold" from the centuries-old olive groves of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park.
