1. Shipment tracking & delivery
We ship our parcels with UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID (parcel number), so you can check the shipment status online on the UPS website. The shipment status is available once you have received the shipping confirmation.
2. Product availability
On each product page you can see whether the selected item is currently available and within what timeframe we will ship it.

€7.90 per order. Free shipping from €90. Delivery within 3-6 working days: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
€19.90 per order. Delivery within 5-9 working days: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden.
