San Nicasio Extra Virgin Chips Truffle Flower 150 gr

San Nicasio Truffle Flower is the most elegant variety of the house. On the nose, the unmistakable earthy aroma of truffle; on the palate, an ultra-fine crunch, a balanced potato base and a delicate umami that envelops without overwhelming, rounded off by pink Himalayan salt.

Like all San Nicasio varieties, they are made the traditional way: non-GMO Spanish "Agria" potatoes are peeled, cut, washed and slowly fried at low temperature (120–140 °C) in extra virgin olive oil P.D.O. Priego de Córdoba — the "liquid gold" from the centuries-old olive groves of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park.
