Parqueoliva Serie Oro is a premium extra virgin olive oil born from a careful selection of Picuda and Hojiblanca olives picked at the start of the harvest. This classic PDO Priego de Córdoba combination produces a harmonious, elegant and internationally recognised blend that captures the character of the Sierras Subbéticas olive groves like few others.
Nose: medium-high green fruitiness with notes of apple, green banana, tomato vine, artichoke and green almond. Palate: sweet entry, medium bitterness and pepperiness, long and full of personality.
Its balance makes it wonderfully versatile: breakfast toast, salads and carpaccios, pasta, stews, red meat and oily fish. Equally brilliant raw or in the kitchen.
Cold-milled within hours of picking and stored in inert-gas tanks until bottling. Keep away from light in a cool, dry place. Best before: 18 months from bottling (see label).
