The Agua de Azahar Luca de Tena is obtained from the sour orange blossom (Citrus Aurantium), a variety of the orange tree very characteristic of Seville and Córdoba. It has an unmistakable aroma and a somewhat bitter taste.

Once obtained, the water is kept in its classic blue bottles, to preserve its quality. Orange Blossom Water has traditionally recognized applications, ranging from its sedative properties, to gastronomy, cosmetics and recently in cocktails.
