Since 1966, Bitter Kas has been part of Spanish aperitif culture just like tapas themselves. This distinctive red drink was originally created by a Barcelona pharmacist specialising in medicinal plants, commissioned by the Knörr family, and still blends 21 selected plant extracts into its signature bittersweet taste with hints of cinnamon and herbs.

Completely alcohol-free, Bitter Kas is perfect to enjoy before a meal, alongside tapas, or simply on ice with a slice of orange.
