Green fruitiness of medium-high intensity of great complexity. On the nose, it presents notes of artichoke, green almond, tomato, alloza, herbaceous plants, banana and green branch.

TASTE
Its entry is sweet, medium bitterness and medium-high itchiness that increases in progression reminiscent of the chilli, characteristic of the variety.
